SIZING & SUIT FIT

What fabric are the suits made from?

Swim Suits are Nylon x Spandex blend. Amni Soul Eco fabrics which are biodegradable in landfills.

Our Swim Club Sweats are Sustainable, ultra-soft, 100% organic cotton. Instead of toxic chemicals, pesticides, and GMO's being added to the Earth's soil, the production of Organic Cotton adds to the health of the soil and ecosystem. You can feel confident when investing in 100% Organic Cotton pieces that you are committing to cleaner air, better soil quality, and water conservation.

Where are the suits manufactured?

The swim suits are custom designed in Canada by Gabby Scheyen. They are manufactured in Brazil. Our factories pay workers up to 10x the amount that similar positions make in Asia, and each employee get's 1 month of paid vacation per year.

Our sweatsuits are manufactured in Portugal in which factories are required to follow economical labour relation practices. Portugal is a leader in sustainability and innovation when it comes to apparel manufacturing.

How do I take care of the suit properly?

TO CARE FOR YOUR SWIM SUIT:

Avoid contact with sunscreen and oils.
Do not store while wet.
Hand wash/rinse with cold water directly after use.
Hand wash with gentle soap/detergent (free of harsh dyes, chemicals, and bleaches). Cold water alone is enough to clean the suit.
Do not wash with other items.
Lay flat to dry, avoiding direct sunlight.
Do not tumble dry or machine wash.

Exposure to high chlorine levels, sunscreen/oils, rough surfaces, large waves etc. may cause premature wear. Knight Swimwear cannot be held responsible for damages caused by incorrect care or the elements.

TO CARE FOR YOUR SWIM CLUB SWEATS:

Wash in gentle cycle or by hand in cold water.
Wash inside out.
Do not iron. Do not bleach.
Do not tumble dry.
Lay flat or hang to dry.

How are you aiming to be more environmentally friendly?

The environment is extremely important, and we are so happy our customers care! Our suits are made from a unique fabric that is eliminated from the planet within 5 years of being in a landfill. Other fibres take decades to decompose, and some cannot breakdown properly at all. You can read more about our fabric here:

Additionally we are working towards eliminating plastics from our packaging. We are now using paper bags instead of plastic. Paper has a much higher recycling rate than plastics.

What size would I be?

If I am between sizes, what size should I select?

If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

We have more detailed sizing information that applies to each style within the descriptions of each suit on their respective pages.

Can I change the colour/size of what I just ordered?

Once your order has been submitted successfully, the order goes almost immediately to processing/shipping at our distribution centre so we cannot guarantee we will be able to make any changes. Please triple check your order and shipping information before submitting your order. If mistakes are made please contact us immediately at info@knightswim.com to see if we can intercept your order.

Will there be other sizes in the future?

Currently Knight Swim carries XS, Small, Medium, Large, and XL and XXL. Once demand is determined, sizes may be expanded.

When will my size be restocked?

Sizes will continue to be sold until stock runs out. We do not restock often...So if you see something you want, we recommend grabbing it! Follow @knightswim on Instagram for all restock and new launch details. Subscribe to our email list for updates on sales and restocks!

Will you ever restock your older styles?

We do not guarantee restocks of any of our suit styles or colours anymore. Our team is always working to come out with fresh new ideas/patterns/and colours for our customers to enjoy. The only shade that will always be brought back is Midnight but it is not guaranteed to be available in every style!  If ever you see a suit design you want, make sure to snatch it up before it disappears.

Do any of the tops come with padding?

Yes, the following tops have removable padding: Harley, Shego, and Clover. The rest of the suits are padding free, but are double lined.

SHIPPING

How long does Shipping take?

Generally it takes 1-7 business days for Canadian orders, 7-14 business days for US orders, and 10-20 business days for international orders. Additional shipping information can be found here.

How much does shipping cost?

Canada: $9 USD flat fee
United States: $12 USD flat fee
Australia: $20 USD flat fee
International: $30 USD flat fee

Do I need to pay customs fees/taxes?

Depending on where you live and how many suits you order at once you may need to pay custom fees for cross-border shipping. Duties, taxes, and fees are out of Knight Swim's control and we apologize for any issues this may cause.

What is my tracking number?

Tracking numbers will be attached to your confirmation email. If you need help finding your tracking information, please email info@knightswim.com.

I purchased Route Protection for my order, what is that?

Route Protect is a package protection solution that helps cover you in the event that your order gets lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit. We know how frustrating it is to have something happen to your order, so we’ve partnered with Route to offer added assurance that you’re supported, no matter what. Route Protect can be added during checkout.
You can also utilize the Route App to visually track all of your online orders in one place and easily file a claim with their team. If your Route protected order ends up lost, damaged, or stolen, Route’s expert support team helps ensure that your order gets replaced or refunded as preferred. Claims will be reviewed for approval within 1-2 business days from filing.

I have Route but when should I file a claim?

Marked As Delivered (Stolen)

  • Claims will be reviewed no earlier than 5 calendar days and no later than 15 calendar days from when it was marked delivered 
  • Please note, orders over $100 USD will require a police report to be filed by the customer before any resolution can occur

Stuck In Transit (Lost)

  • For domestic orders, claims will be reviewed no earlier than 7 calendar days and no later than 30 calendar days from the last update. The maximum filing time is 60 days from the order date
  • For international orders, claims will be reviewed no earlier than 20 calendar days and no later than 30 calendar days from the last update. The maximum filing time is 60 days from the order date

Damaged

  • Claims for damaged items require photos of the packaging and item(s) and must be filed no later than 15 calendar days from when it was marked delivered.
